HALF FULL is nothing but the half part of the glass.i.e half glass of water.

HALF EMPTY is nothing the glass is contain half empty part.
i.e, The glass contains half glass of water and remaining half is empty.

BOTH ARE SAME MEANING

Because Half glass of water must be contain 2 parts,one is HALF FULL PART.HALF EMPTY PART.
