ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.
Is Police Checking Done for getting visa confirmation as that done when we have applied for passport?? If police checking doesnot include personal interview by police officals, then how is police clearance done for getting visa.......... Please reply soon if any one knows

Hi, am from AP state, India. I did MBA in logistics and worked for 1 year now iam not working from past 2 years due to family personal issues. Now I want to pursue ms in logistics from German or Sweden. My concern is whether they consider these 2,3 years gap in my education or not. Whether I will get a admission from universities like klu Hamburg or not. My academics are decent like I have 3/5 gpa in mba and 63% from b.tech. and iam expecting my tofel 7. Hi, I'm a retail professional from Mumbai and worked with a few corporates in the past. At present I have taken a break from work, and undertaken a study programme in a related field in a college in Bangalore. I wish to attend a trade fair in Germany that is related to my field of work. My questions are: Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Bangalore, although I am a resident of mumbai? If yes, what documentation do I need to show that I am in Bangalore for the duration of 1 year of study. 2) Can I get a waiver on the visa fee as a student who is travelling on personal cost.
