PLZ HELP ME..hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i
think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in
gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this
university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field?
3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs?
5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not
qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on
july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got
rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for
my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r
much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2
backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz
help me out...

I am working as a Chief Account Officer. I have over 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. I have applied for the certificate in accounting which is one year course from San Diego University for Integrative Studies. The Toefl and official transcript is not required for this certificate course but the university will be taking placement english test on arrival there. The university is issuing the I-20 and acceptance letter for F1 visa. I am having a doubt that the US consulate will reject my student visa for not showing the TOEFL score and Official Transcript. Kindly let me know that the TOEFL score and the official transcript is mandatory for seeking F1 student visa. I look forward for the help.

My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed.
