Risk can be taken from Origanization Risk Log
Also project specific risk can be documented in Risk Log
which will contain the following
1. Risk Description
2. probabiltiy of occrence
3. impact
4. prority
5. Mitigation Plan
6. Contengency plan
These risk can be identifed during the initial stages of
theproject (norming session)
It can be discussed in WPR report

can any body help me to know the procedure followed by programmer/developer inorder to develop a project. what are the steps, how he/she get the SRS,technical document??how does he submit his wotk to TL/PM/Business Analyst?? How does these documents review?? how the developer starts coding? how does he deploy his coding in server? in which server he will deploy?? what are the important document a developer should have???
