Internet explorer and comes with every version of
window.Depending on what version of internet explorer you
have, will determine what version of outlook pxpress you
have.for ex- IE6 will have outlook express 6.

MS Outlook itselt is a more powerful version of outlook
express and is separate from internet explorer.It can also
come included with MS office Here are some fo the featre of
outlook that outlook express does not have.
1.capability to connect to a MS exchange server for email
other than internet email.
2.built in task & contant management capabilities
3.calender.
4.E-mail filtering & rules.
