can any one tell me what is US,Uk and Australian timing in India for call center or bpo? i think if we want to work in us shift the time is after 8 pm to 5 am. am i right? if wrong then plz tell me the right timing for us,uk and Australian shift in india for bpo

how do you deal with stressor?
it took me about 5 years to do a software coarse of 2 years.i am often asked in interviews what i did all those time. what is the most appropriate answer?
im an engineering graduate (BE ECE) i have experience of 1.5 yrs in non technical BPO, i can justify abt my reasons for takin up call centers but they are asking me why have u chosen non technical being from technical side, i cant find any suitable answer to that question (basically im weak in technical concepts) so kindly tell me wat to say in this regard
