2172My mother went for the interview for a B2 visa, all the documents were comepleted and i know B2 visas hardly gets rejected if the documents are complete. She was rejected a visa basis her salary which is pretty low as compared to her experience. She earns about 17 K in a month on papers. The consular said that her 15 year work ex with same company and less salary makes her not fit for a B2 visa. Is this a rule, if not, where can we file a grievance.

I had applied for the US visitor visa from Calgary,Canada in Jan,2010. But my visa was rejected saying that I did not show them any bond with Canada and they doubted my returning back from US. The reason was as I did not have any property on Canada and no family in Canada as well. But I still have the same condition.
