I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no response what to do....

My Consultant said there is no need of client letter and we can alywas tell we will go and search for the project there ie i do not have any client letter. 2 10308I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Petitioner's State unemployment wage reports for past 3 years 3.List of petitioner's employees at your job site including names, titles , salaries and immigration status. HI Guys.My H1B visa petition got approved for the year 2008- 2009. I am filling the application form consulte intervew. the questions currently i am working X company and i have applied for H1 visa through Y company. but before this i have applied for L1 visa through X company and when it comes to RFE the X company has withdrawn the petition from the USCIS. So now while filling DS-156 there are questions like 1. is u r visa cancelled or revoked before? 2. Is any other has applied for Immigrant visa on behalf of you before? so what answers i have to give for above questions since my X company withdrawn L1 visa petition from USCIS. if i say NO/YES what will be the problem. pls answer if anybody experienced this.
