hello.. i went for the visa interview on 10th august 2009, and was rejected.as ma interview was very short and i was unable to know the reason.. i have applied for ms in elect engg in csula. i: good morning sir. VO: DID not replied and asked for passport and all. after having ma finger print he asked me which unv? i: CSU LA VO: how many unv have u applied for and name them? i: 2 sir, csula and Nyit vo: why nyit? ( being very loud) i: becox the course and curriculum are quite similar to ma objectives and i am interested in this research program they are offerring. vo: why nyit? ( being more louder) i: becoz i wnted to keep it as an option if in any case i was not admited in csula. vo: wat option? i am asking u why Nyit? i: becoz they are proving me a spz of microcomputers and digital systems. and also ma teachers and seniors reffered me this unv. vo: do u have ny relation in us? i: no blood relation but i do have some seniors there. vo: i am sorry cant grant u d visa. i am taking date after 15th august.is it possible people get visa's in 2nd attempt. where i lacked last time. and next time wat ll i possibly say dat y was i rejected last time. does ma first rejection ll affect ma 2nd interview. plz help me...

Hello, My name is Sam, i was refused the B2 visa today from the usa embassy in singapore. I am from africa and i'm currently on full scholarship in computing with all my fees and accomodation plus stipends paid for the duration of the course 3yrs from my government. I wanted to go to the usa and see my family friend for my upcoming 1 week vacation in august and what i mentioned above was suppose to be my ties to bring me back to singapore. i answered all the consul questions correctly and calmly and i had $4200 in my account for this trip. The consul asked how much i thought the whole trip would cost and i answered $2500 since i was going to stay with my family friend. He also asked me how i knew this my family friend. After that, he said he's sorry he cannot grant the visa because i have only stayed in singapore for 4months. I want to re apply but i need advice on what to do.. Please any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Hi, i have done a post graduate course i.e MCA and applying for MS in information system at universities in USA. As i have done masters some univ waive my GRE, even though i have given GRE for which my score was low 630.
