I have been rejected B1 visa twice by US Embassy in Abu Dhabi. On both occassions I applied in name of my own trading business (invitation have been made by my US supplier) even though I actually work in Abu Dhabi under another sponsor. Also, both rejections happened in the gap of just one month. Now, after one month again I'm planning to apply one more time. But, it is through the company where I'm working (as my visa is with this company) and the invition will be sent by our associate company in US. Can someone advice the possibility of getting visa this time as on first two occassions I could not convince them with legal documents that Im actually partner of my business but third time Im using the application from our associate company in US. Anyone can kindly advice on what are the chances of getting US visa.

Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? I will be going for the 2nd time after 6 months, Does it Okay? Is there any chances to reject 2nd time also. hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks

I am 18 years old and now i wait for the I20 form. I have my appointment at the embassy on 19 August. I will go to the Missouri Valley College, i have pay the first semester and in my parents financial statement i have the amount for to pay the first two years. I have also a academic scholarship from the college, actually i must payed 22.000$ and i will pay only 9.700$. I want to go in a US college, because i play in my country american football and i want to play football in the college. I have a lower TOEFL score 33, but i will give again the TOEFL test in the college and if i don't take again the test, i will participate in a few ESL classes that is as a part of my scholarship package, ( I need in the TOEFL iBT 61). And in the taxes for last years it appear that my parents make last year 18.000 Euro (27.000$). Last information is that i live in Greece, but my nationality is Albanian. Therefore i want to ask you how probabilities have i to take the student visa?
