HI all i have a total work ex of 4 plus years in some of the top IT companies of india. I have a btech in information technology. I was placed from college in 2006. I did my final year in 2006 but because of ill health was unable to give one paper which i gave in session 2007-2008. Now though my degree gives yr of passing as 2008 my total IT experience is 4 plus years. I need to go to US for project related work and my company is getting my L1 blanket visa stamped. Can i get a visa on the above criteria. Please let me know asap. any help would be appreciated

I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced". Then I again applied for visa interview in Jan 2011 and it again got refused for the same reason. Now I am getting chance to go to US for work (my company is sending me there). I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. I have applied for a F1 VISA & I had appointments on 19th july and 2nd August but both times my VISA has been rejected due to unknown reasons I'm posting my conversation with VO both times 1st appointment 19 July Me: Good morning sir. VO: Hi. VO: Why do you want to go to IIT? Me: This institute provides one of the best courses in Mechanical Engineering. It has very good study atmosphere especially the faculty that is highly qualified. Most importantly It has very good student to faculty ratio ie. 10:1 that is highly favorable for student’s studies. VO: Which other universities have you applied to? Me: I have applied to Purdue, USC….( I was telling about other 2 universities also, but he interrupted) VO: Why not Purdue? Me: Coz I’ve got a rejection from there. VO: And what about USC? Me: I’ve got rejected there too. Also, I’ve applied to 2 other universities whose decisions are still awaited they are SUNY Buffallo and Texas A&M. VO: What are your qualifications?
