I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??
3885i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.

hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
