Personal actions are configured in sap to know the
subsequant activities related to an employee.for example :
actions include Hiring,change of pay,promotion/demotion and
termination. It is exectly the information from the time
the employee joined the organization to the time the
employee left the organization.we take the related
infotypes needed for these actions.
