Reasons.
To have a look and feel of our new form as Oracle
Applications form, we need to customize a new form using
template.fmb .
Template.fmb will consist of all the necessary libraries
attached, a sample block and control block, property
classses etc.

Suppose for report I have to parameters those are from_date and to_date, so to_date should be greater when compare to from_date, if we are giving to_date is lessthen it must shows some error how we will make?
