I want to know about transfer policies of a DEO in CAG. Is a zonal transfer is possible in DEO. If a person selected in SOUTH ZONE and wants to get transfer in NORTH ZONE then how can this possible.
Secondly, If a person got selected in eg. NORTH ZONE then whether he or she get transfer from one state to other in same zone.

Zonal transfers are possible for DEOs (Deputy Education Officers) in the Central Administrative Service of the Central Government of India, provided certain conditions are met. To transfer from one zone to another, a DEO must have completed at least three years of service and must apply for inter-zonal transfers as per the established rules and guidelines.nIf a person selected in the South Zone wants to get a transfer to the North Zone, they can follow these steps:
1. Check their eligibility based on service criteria.
2. Apply for inter-zonal transfer through the proper channel (usually through their current employer or the CAG office).
3. Wait for the approval of the transfer request from the competent authorities.
