formula for least count of Analytical balance?
Answer Posted / pradeep
Least count is lowest value measure by any measuring instrument accurately. If a measuring ruler have divisions in Centimeter and milimeter then least count is 0.1 Centimeter or 1 mm. In case of instrument like balance least count given by instrument manufacturer because capacity of balance to measure lowest value is checked during it's manufacturing. If it's not given then it will be measure not get calculated. The lowest weight measured with accuracy of +/- 0.001% is consider as it's least count.
