For Phosphate Buffer pH 6.8, Mixed :: Dissolve 28.80 g of disodium hydrogen orthophosphate and 11.45 g of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate in sufficient water to produce 1000 ml.

Citro-phosphate Buffer pH 6.8 Phosphate buffer solution pH 6.8
Mix 77.3 ml of a 7.15% w/v solution of disodium hydrogen orthophosphate with 22.7 ml of a 2.1% w/v solution of citric acid .
