Polarimeter is cosist of sodium lamp and sampler holder with a Polarimeter tube 1 or 2dcm fill the sample in this tube instruments is on solution prepaired and fill in Polarimeter tubes and note down the reading automatically Polarimeter is available in market it gives a optically active material
