In HPLC when we use Isocratic method, Gradient method in
hplc?

Sort n simple, large no.of impurity separated in gradient but it is take laser analysis time,while in isocratic also large no.of impurity got separated but it takes too much time kp to 2 to 5 our depends compound / impurities nature.
