In a thermal power plant ID Fans running with full load but
boiler load is only 80 % give reason ?

If the moisture content in fuel is more than designed fuel, id fans has to run at full rpm to sent out the additional water vapor produced from the additional moisture. In fact total flue gas quantity was increased
