What is the difference between MCCB,ELCB,RCB & MCB
Answer Posted / h s sandhu
Although the answer for MCCB and ELCB is all right but mcb stands for Miniature Ckt breaker and is used in domestic and industrial area with low fault level and with B,C and D curve application for Light/resistance,Inductive load and Non linear loads of PCs etc which causes lot of harmonics in the supply line. .The protec for MCCB is more and of higher level than MCB.RCB is similar to ELCB which checks the leakage current.

I'm generating a pulse of 3V with frequency 80Hz (12.5ms time period) and pulse duration 0.125ms and feeding it to a transformer since i want the pulse to get amplified around 60V. At the output amplification s happening but the pulse is changed to a spike, can you tell me what could be the reason? (an ordinary transformer 220V-12V stepdown transformer is reverse connected ie. now it is 12V-220V stepup and voltage amplification happens)
