what is a differance between assay by HPLC and assay by
titration?
Answer Posted / supriya
1. Some of the compounds only detected in manual titrations based on colour changed.
2.some of the compounds are detected by electrode by autotitrator.
3.Some of the compounds(we should not able to identifie the end point by adding indicator) will respond only Based on the nanometer we can analyse by Assay by HPLC these type of compounds are not responded by the indicators.
The electrode is also nothing but one type of indicator. The electrode will respond Based on the milli volts and pH,there is no need to color identification(mens end point).
