I have created a sales order and I am not able to create the delivery , what could be the causes ?

There might be many possibilities for this.
But basically Delivery can be created after 7 the day of Sale order Creation Date except Cash Sales and Rush Order(Where immediate delivery is done on the same day).
Ex...If you have created SO order on 1st Feb try to Enter the delivery date as 7th Feb or more...
