I usually watch English movies and, my favorite movie is 'good will hunting'. I mainly like this movie because of the wonderful script and the tremendous performance of the actors.It is a kind of movie that remains inside you for ever .The movie plot deals with the life of a teenage orphan boy(Which is portrayed by Matt Damon) who is really intelligent and has very vast knowledge about many things .How ever he fails to use his ability and skill's due to the attitude he has towards his life and, in between a counselor (Portrayed by Robin Williams comes to his life and completely changes him.I believe that this is one of the best performances of Robin Williams.

Hi, this is Alaguraja working for a KPO sector. recently i got a offer from TCS E-Serve with good hike after all my formalities done the HR called me and said that I have to join within 10 days though she knows that I have to be in notice period (30 days) in my company where there is no compromise in that. I asked her that will you relieve your employee if there is any requirement from your side. But she simply said, "I don't know" you speak with your HR and confirm whether you can join or not....... Pls answer.
I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
