in hplc calibration we are using 0.05% acetone why we are
using that one and what happen when its conc increases or

It is not compulsary to use acetone, if we use any compound(which is soluble in particular solvent) having maximum absorbsnce at particular wavength,then also we got the stepwise calibration like acetone gradiant stepwise calibration in hplc.
If ur time program is correct to obtain stepwise calibration of acetone then nothing will happens if u increase or decrease the conc. of acetone.
