autoclave is the machine which is used for sterilization of
glassware, small equipment and media i.e kill micro-organism
and their spores at 121 Celsius temp and under pressure of
100kpa (15 lbs).
Principle: The basic principle of autoclave is the
sterilization of material by using steam and pressure
because steam have greater penetration power so it can
easily penetrate in solid material so it is the best way to
sterilize the material.
