part filled by first pipe in 1 hour=1/3
part filled by second pipe in 1 hour=1/2.
part filled by both pipe=(1/3 + 1/2) =5/6
hence both the tank wil fill the tank in 6/5 hours i.e in
1.2 hours or 72 min
