SVM:
we can increase the file system size with down time .but we
cannot decrease...
Disk can be partitioned as 0 - 7 slices
RAID 1+0 cannot be implemented
VXVM:
we can resize the file system as we need either increase or
decrease
disk can be partitioned any no. of slices
both RAID 0+1 and RAID 1+0 can be implemented
