P_CONC_REQUEST_ID mandatory in oracle reports to run in
oracle applications or not ( I am not talking about running
in report builder or D2k ) or not ?

it is not mandatory .p_con_request_id parameter use use the
user_exit

Suppose for report I have to parameters those are from_date and to_date, so to_date should be greater when compare to from_date, if we are giving to_date is lessthen it must shows some error how we will make?
