Density of Conc. HCl is 1.18
Molecular Weight of HCl is 36.46
Normality=35x1.18x10/36.46
=11.3
Then apply V1N1=V2N2
V1X11.3=1000X5
V1=442.5mL
442.5 mL Of Con HCl is taken in 1000ml of water for 5N HCl.
