In my analysis by HPLC,In sample main peak and placebo
peak are eluting with shorter resolution ( almost look like
doublet). how can i get max resolution ? Is changing
gradient method is usefull?

U CAN DECREASE THE FLOW RATE
AND INJECTION VOLUME
