Depends on the format on which the report is being run.
By default, I think its in .html format.

The report can be made to run in any formats like HTML,
PDF, XLS, CSV ( Comma separated format) and XML and based
on that, report can be saved in
either .html, .pdf, .xls, .csv or .xml

I have two queries in first query i have to show all values,in second query i have to show 3 values and want to hide 3 values what prompt ur going to use, why that prompt
