HPLC Calibration was done in Reverse Phase, but not in
normal phase why explain?

Reverse phase and Normal phase related to the mobile phase
and column.
But we are calibrating the HPLC Instument all parameters in
Reverse phase calibration.it is equally suitable to Normal
phase analysis
No need to check to normal phase calibration
