1 ) for any unknown compound firstly solubility check.
2 ) then on the basis of solubility UV - scanning should
be done
3 ) on the basis of UV - scanning Maxima must be
checked.& then on the basis MAXIMA wavelength should be
selected.it may multiwavelength or single-wavelength maxima .
