totipotency means total potantal of a singal cell to give
rise to a complet plant under precise environment.using
this propertey of plant cell whole plant can be obtained
similarley somaclonal varients can also be developed using
stressed condition by the aplication of antibiotca/tocsins
purified from pathogens.
