BECOZ OF COLUMN OVERLOADING
DECREASE THE INJECTION VOLUME AND CHECK OUT
ALSO
IT HAPPENS THAT IMPURITIES FROM PREVIOUS INJECTIONS ELUTED
RUN BLANK WITH PROPER SOLVENT AND THEN WITH MOBILE PHASE
