Usually # button is directed to MSC.We can directly
interact with MSC by pressing # button in GSM. Example:In
Reliance we use *402*# for the balance enquiry but in CDMA
there is no such fascility.
Broadcast Message:
There are one type of message that are coming from the
MSC which can neither be deleted nor can be edited.Only we
can accept those messages called broadcast message.This
facility i think in GSM but not in CDMA.
