What should be the precision for HPLC during technology
transfer?
Answer Posted / glp99311
The technology transfer is nothing more than reproducing
one or more method validation parameter by second
laboratory.
The instrument precision requirement is generally the
system suitability criteria (RSD) specified in the method.
The reproducibility (precision) criteria should be the same
as performed during method validation.
