I hope that answer 2 and 4 are v.good.Normally
synchronisation done at 1/10 frequency of incoming
generator kept higher thans the exisisting source.why.yes
when it is synchronised as generator take load its speed
decreases due to low frequency it will trip so its
frequency is kept 1/10 times more than source
