Im a graduate of BS in Industrial Engineering in one of the
institution here in the Philippines. I worked as a process
engineer for almost 3 years in a garment industry. I handle
4 lines with minimum of 27 operators. During my time there
i developed more my confidence, my ability to work under
pressure, hardwork, meeting and dealing with different kind
of personalities.

What steps will you take to deal with an unsatisfied customer?
what kind of questions based on computer may be asked in an interview in BPO's?
If You join the company then what is the first thing you want to do , which you were not able to do in ur previous company ? why did you want to join the call center? why do you left your previous job? What is your greatest strength? where do you see yourself from (Ten or fifteen)years from now? If u will be the principal of a school what will u can do best for school? Take Over Means? What are your biggest weaknesses?
for some training is a neccesity and for others it's a luxury comment about the above statement
why you want this job (specially when you go for first interview and changing the industries)
