let take xyz as number that can qualify our condition...
x can have capable of arranging in 8 ways bcoz 0 and 7 are
omitted..
y can can have capable of arranging in 9 ways bcoz 7 is
omitted...
z also same as y.
so totally we can get 8*9*9 ways and total numbers exist in
b/w 100 and 999 is 899
so the answer is 8*9*9/899
