first type trnasaction code /nbp and there would be one
symbol for search if u know the Id than direct put over
there or just choose your role like sold to party etc and
press ctrl f and type your relevant business partner name.

blueprint process which is second stage of Asap mathodology
called business process. under we have to map the right
business process with the help of no of sap tools like ssm,
ssc,change req management etc.apart from this we have a no
of application like ai and b2 which is helpful to
unnderstand the existing process and required process.

Actions are used to improve the business process and
relationship. In opportunity phase we have a two type of
opportunity. One is standard and second is Sales
Methodology. Sales methodology is a way by through we
maximize the chance to convert opportunity into sales order.
for that we used action profile.
For example. what kind of actions we should take to convert
opportunity in sales order. like i create one phase in my
action profile like Identification phase and under this
phase i created no of definition or sub point like first
collect the customer general information or understand first
customer query in a well manner or prepare ppt etc. so for
each definition we have a two type of condition like start
and schedule condition. how do u want to use this actions
definition its depend the conditions. after creating the
action profile we have to our transaction and choose details
area and asign your actions profile over there. and changes
