Example: An employee basic salary is Rs.10,000/- we run the payroll for june month form 01.06.2016 to 30.06.2016, employee absent for 15days from 01.06.2016 to 15.06.2016.

TSKOLL : Planned working time in calander days = 30
TKAU** : unpaid absence days = 15
TKDIVI : Total working time in calander days = 30
GENAU is constant 100000(for accuracy), u can find the same in V_T511K

for no. of days salary to be paid = TSKOLL - TKAU** = 15days

"first we multiply with days with GENAU, in next pcr we divide value with GENAU"

period factor /801 = (TKSOLL-TKAU**) * GENAU / TKDIVI

period factor /801 = 15 * 100000/30 = 50000

in next pcr PIT XVAL P10 Valuate pay elements

Answer

It is always better to copy standard schema instead of creating new one. we can create/copy a schema by tcode PE01 and if you copy main schema and it is mandatory to copy subschemas also otherwise if any change being done in subschema it will reflect into the standard schema.

Go to PE51 create new form with all subobjects then goto se38 and execte the program HINCEDT0 then select the payroll area, personnel number and Form name then press F8.payslip will be displayed.

Answer

If u go to PA40 u will find Actions menu with action types. every action types connected to infogroups and infogroup linked to Infotypes with infogroup modifier. just follow the order.

rule to counting rule, hoe it will effect the absence and
overtime?

Answer

In TM absence type connected to counting rule, which counts the absence and the counting rule connected to deduction rule further deduction rule connected to respective time quota type. If any absece record created in IT2001, counting rule counts the absece and deduction rule deducts the absece from time quotas.

3.if there is any master data chage in infotypes related to payroll in the middle of the month then the payroll will be done for two periods called partial periods this is called split. ex. if employee transferred to branch B w.e.f 16th, the system calcultes salary from 1st to 15th and 16th to 30th seperately for two periods.

while copying a wage type, the processing classes also copied automatically, in V_512W_D table we change the specification of processing classes as per our requirement.
