It is a daemon of a cluster which is in the form of Active ?
Passive, i.e. No load balancing
HA--> Highly Available means, two or more systems are
connected with the same configuration, if one fails the
other will take care the resources

to provide multiple path for a device/application. so HA
provide other path if the existing path going down
