ofcourse i wil accept.bcoz every thing wil be seemed as new
unless u go for it.always having a positive attitude and
confidence wil lead u to sucess.so never mind wat it is
instead try wat u can do for it.

No because to reach to A.M position we should learn all
things which are required to handle the responsibiity of
the particular position unless and until we learn these
particular responsibility we will not be able to handle
position and to learn things we should start from first step

To get A.M position I sholud have experience of TL position.
But I am a fresher, I do not know What is my job
responsibilities, how the CSA' performance measures, how
TL's performance measures, everything about the company and
job responsibilities. Then what will happend a senior TL
will teach me what to do and how do.
If A TL can all these then whay should company will pay me?

Yes i am ready but for the manager post in BPO as fresher i don't know the job responsibility of my juniors and how can i judge that this is right or wrong so first of all i should learn all the things step by step then after i will be capable for the manager post because the meaning of manager is- How to manage the things tactfully.
