hai.. i did bsc electronics and then mba mktg& hr. i attended for sbi clerical interveiw on april 30 th 2010. i am waiting for the results. how will my chances be? is these qualifications are drawback for me in selection procedure?

Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. In the mean time i got selected in the SBI-Clerk written exam and attended the interview for it in Chennai on 26th April 2010. My Brother got SMS from SBI,CRPD that he is selected for clerical post of its Associate bank i.e state bank of hyderabad , Andhra Pradesh , Last week.But till now he is not received ant e-mail or appiontment letters from SBI or SBH . He cald to many time to CRPD ,MUMBAI . the phone is continously ringing but no body is responding .dear friends please help me what to do.??? Also he is in stress wether he is on main list or waiting list. Please help .....
