HI, I HAVE TWO DOUBTS. FIRST THING IS THAT I APPLIED FOR
EXAM IN GENERAL CATEGORY. BUT NOWI HAVE GOT OBC
CERTIFICATE. CAN I NOW OPT FOR OBC CAYEGORY NOW? IS THE
CHARACTER CERTIFICATE SIMILAR TO CONDUCT CERTIFICATE? PLS
