Normally if no order is given it should be left to right and
hence it should be
78/5 = 15.6/0.5 = 31.2

it depends how you group the numbers.

1. (78/5)/0.5 = (15.6)/0.5 = 31.2
2. 78/(5/0.5) = 78/(10) = 7.8
