Go to Control panel --> Click on mail --> click on data
files button --> on Account settings page you will see the
location of your outlook file's (outlook.pst) location.

go in outlook and select tools tab then select option in
the options tab select data file and select open folder

then select all files and copy and close all tabs then make
a new folder where u want to save it and paste data.

We are having two seperate LANs(seperate workgroups) in our company. And configured mail server(Mail domain) in windows 2003 std server in each LAN seperately. And created user mail Ids also. Both servers working fine, and able to send mails with in the LAN. Let me know how we can able to send mail from one mail domain to second mail domain.
