retun is nothing but reaching end point to the starting point where as back represents present point to the previous point or intermediat points in between end point to starting point

mean of return is go and back
but the mean of back is only back there are no exit you
went to go there and return is conform to you go there.

But bcos of my mothers illness I was not able to work last two yrs.Mom was suffering frm deadly disease.In this whole I was roaming with her in singapore & India as no one else there to take care. But I couldn't save her even after this long effort. Now I want to start my work again but scared to face interview. When they ask me abt the Gap I just say the truth. trying all over but not getting selected. Can u advise me to handle the interview.Now I am staying in Kolkata.
